The file merging process for Faisal Town Phase 2 will be governed by the specified guidelines. It’s crucial to emphasize that the new policy is now in full effect.

Faisal Town Phase 2 File New Merging Policies

Rebate

• You can combine one or two files without incurring any service charges once the rebate has been withdrawn.
• If you have more than five files or fewer than or equal to five files, a service fee of 5% of the paid amount will apply after the rebate is withdrawn.
• For 6 to 8 files with rebates, a service charge of 10% of the total paid amount will be subtracted after the rebate has been withdrawn.

No-Rebate

• You can merge one or two files without any rebates, but there will be a service fee of 5% of the total paid amount.
• If you have 3 to 5 files, a service charge of 10% of the total paid amount will apply.
• For 8 to 10 files, you will need to pay a service charge of 15% of the paid amount.

Faisal Residencia File Merging Cases

The following new policies will become effective starting from September 1, 2023:

• For 5 files, members will be required to pay a processing fee equal to the transfer fee based on the plot size.
• In the case of 8 files, members will be charged a processing fee equal to twice the transfer fee.

Escalation Charges Facilitation

• Members paying escalation charges in cash will receive facilitation from the housing venture’s management.
• Escalation charges will be facilitated for file merging in accordance with members’ cases.
• Members making complete payments for file merging will receive a 5% discount facilitated by the management.
