(iii) Third category: In this category, a computerized lottery will be conducted for members who have paid at least 06 or more installments. In which plot numbers of the third category of Faisal Town Phase 11 will be allotted. You can also join this scheme by submitting the proposed installments up to 27th April 2024. (iv) Imran of Overseas Enclave Faisal Town Phase 11 can also participate in the draw, more details are as follows.

• You can also join this category with a special discount of 20% on the total cost of the plot by paying full cash payment by 27th April 2024 to join the first category itself.
• To join the second category you can also join this category with a special discount of 10% on the total price of the plot on payment of cash payment in 09 installments till 27th April 2024.
• To join the third category you can also join this category with a special discount of 05% by paying only 03 installments till 27th April 2024 and cash payment of 03 installments.

All members must pay their dues before the last date to participate in the draw. No lot will be done thereafter, plot numbers will be allotted only after 100% payment of all dues of the plots.
