Faisal Town Phase 2 Eligibility Criteria
Members who have paid 6 or more installments, 9 installments, or the full payment by the deadline will be eligible for the Faisal Town Phase 2 balloting.
The final date to submit the installments is April 27, 2024.

Discount on Installments in Faisal Town Phase 2
The members would also offered up to 15% discount on payment of installments before 27th April 2024. The discount would be as follows:

(i) First Category: Plots in prime locations will be allocated to members who have made full payments through a computerized lottery. Additionally, you can also avail a 15% discount on the total plot cost by making a full cash payment before April 27, 2024.
(ii) Second Category: A computerized lottery will be conducted for members who have completed 19 installments. Good plots will be assigned in this category as well. Moreover, you can enjoy a 7% discount on the total cost by making a cash payment for 9 installments before April 27, 2024.
(iii) Third Category: Members who have paid at least 6 or more installments will participate in a computerized lottery for plot allocation in Faisal Town Phase 11. You can also join this category by submitting the proposed installments by April 27, 2024.
(iv) Imran of Overseas Enclave, Faisal Town Phase 11, is also eligible to participate in the draw. Further details are provided below:
- You can avail a special 20% discount on the total plot cost by making a full cash payment before April 27, 2024, to join the first category.
- For the second category, you can avail a 10% discount on the total plot price by making a cash payment for 9 installments before April 27, 2024.
- To join the third category, you can avail of a 5% discount by making a cash payment for only 3 installments before April 27, 2024, along with a cash payment for the remaining 3 installments.
